Returns and Refunds Policy
At Longefit, we understand that schedules can change. However, due to the nature of scheduling and resource allocation required for trial sessions, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a booking is confirmed. We encourage our clients to carefully consider their availability before booking to ensure they can attend their scheduled session.
Rescheduling Policy
We may accommodate the rescheduling of trial classes if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the booked session. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer the slot to other interested clients. No Refunds
Since our services involve booking trial classes, we do not offer refunds once a session is booked. We strive to provide complete information prior to booking to help you make an informed decision.
